Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or odor will not be eligible for a return.
Return Shipping
We are happy to cover the cost of return shipping, provided the item is returned in its original condition as described above.
Return shipping is available only for approved returns. Please contact us before sending anything back.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
