Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or odor will not be eligible for a return.

Return Shipping

  • We are happy to cover the cost of return shipping, provided the item is returned in its original condition as described above.

  • Return shipping is available only for approved returns. Please contact us before sending anything back.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping times and bank processing times may vary.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to improper use or care

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
